which contains 350 mg of essential fatty acids.

Recommendations for use: 2 capsules per day, preferably with food. Recommended at least 15 days before tanning (ideally one month before), during and after sun exposure. Can be used from 2 to 4 months, depending on the length of sunny days.
Ingredients: safflower oil (Carthamus tinctorius); capsule (gelatin, stabilizer glycerol, coloring iron oxide); emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; selenium-enriched yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisae); mineral zinc oxide; D-alpha tocopherol (from soy beans); emulsifier soy lecithin; "Dunaliell salina" algae extract; tomato extract (Solanum lycopersicum); calcium-D-pantothenate; mineral copper citrate; seaweed extract (Haematococcus pluvialis).
PRECAUTIONS
Suitable for all skin types. Pregnant women can also use it if the pregnancy is normal. Do not exceed the recommended rate, and do not consume other products containing selenium at the same time. Optima solaire will help you tan by avoiding the sunniest hours (11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ), which are the most dangerous for the skin. When using Optima solaire, a suitable sunscreen must also be used.
