Amorolak is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent used to treat nail fungal infections (mycosis) without matrix effects. Amorolac contains the active the substance amorolfine, which has an antifungal effect that kills various types of fungi that can cause nail infections.
Amorolac used in the treatment of onychomycosis (caused by dermatophytes and yeasts), when the nail infection covers up to 80% of its surface (especially the outer surface).
Ingredients
The active substance is amorolfine.
1 ml of medicated nail polish contains 50 mg of amorolphin in the form of amorolphin hydrochloride.
Other ingredients are:
anhydrous ethanol, ethyl acetate, ammonium methacrylate copolymer (type A), butyl acetate, triacetin.
How to use?
1. Before applying nail polish for the first time, file as much of the damaged nail surface as possible. Before reuse, if necessary (for example, if they thicken), file the nails again. The package contains a set of disposable files . Always use one of the alcohol wipes included in the package to clean the surface of the nail. This will also remove paint residue.
2. The healing nail polish should be applied with one of the included reusable spatulas. The package includes a spatula holder for easy nail polish application. Place the reusable spatula into the spatula holder.
3. Pick up the polish with one of the included reusable spatulas. To apply the polish to each subsequent infected nail, dip the spatula (uneven surface) each time without wiping on the neck of the bottle (due to the risk of the cap sticking to the bottle).
4. Amorolak lacquer must be applied evenly over the entire surface of the damaged nail using a spatula. The special shape of the spatula handle prevents the spatula from coming into contact with on any surface (fungal spores remain on the spatula). You can put the spatula down temporarily without worrying about fungal spores being transferred.
5. Close the bottle tightly immediately after each use to prevent the solution from drying out. Allow the treated nails to dry for 10 minutes. To reuse the spatula, wipe it with an alcohol wipe after use.
6. After applying Amorolak , cosmetic nail polish can be applied immediately after Amorolak the layer has dried (after 10 min.). Cosmetic nail polish should be carefully removed before reapplying Amorolak . But you should not use nail polish remover
