Usage: Take 1/2 packet per day with a meal (it is not recommended to use on an empty stomach). Take a 2-day break every 5 days. It is recommended to use up to 3 months. The contents of 1/2 of the packet can be poured directly into the mouth or mixed in water/juice (200 ml) and drunk.

tip for dividing 1/2 packet: pour all the powder from the packet into a glass of water/juice and drink half a glass after mixing, and the rest the next day.
