Usage: it is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day, after a meal. Capsules are recommended to be taken in the morning after a meal and in the evening after a meal, before going to bed. Capsules can be used in children over 3 years of age if they can swallow the capsule. Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a food substitute.

Storage conditions: store at a temperature no higher than +25°C, in a dry place out of the reach of children.
